Patch #10 - End of Halloween event

Hello!

This patch means the end of the halloween event (bye bye Explosive Pumpkin), thank you to everyone who participated!

Not many other changes this time around. We're working on a big patch that will also be out this November that adds a new gamemode among other things, look out for it!

Changes:

• Halloween event removed

• Bugfix player getting stuck in graveyard

• Bugfix chosing end run -> new run after a kingmaker run not working properly
