Performance (and plurals)

Plurals are back!

We've pushed a minor update to the default branch this morning. There are numerous minor performance changes including pathfinding optimisations and a complete refactor of the passenger rendering. Most importantly though we fixed the translation cock-up with gamma28, so non-English plural forms are back.
