• Fixed lighting in the prison

• Tweaked vehicle light range, shadows, and intensity

• Added various optimizations

• Fixed item and worker refresh on the briefing board

• Added criminals placed in holding cells to the daily summary

• Fixed a soft lock in the NPC context menu

• Fixed vehicles floating above roads
