State of War: Development Update
Welcome Warriors
Today, we are bringing you a bunch of improvements to the State of War feature, what is ahead of it and announcing the winners of the weekly contest.
State of War
State of War has officially returned to Gloria Victis in its reworked form, and it is already shaping up to be one of the game's core highlights. Guild vs. Guild battles have seen great activity over these first few weeks, and we want to extend a huge thank you to every guild and player who jumped straight onto the battlefield!
Seeing so many of you rally, fight, and have fun has been fantastic. At the same time, we know the current version still needs fine-tuning. Between our data and your community feedback, it is clear how much this feature means to everyone. To keep our development transparent, here are the key areas we are actively prioritizing for improvement
- Individual Rewards & Tech Points: Implementing a dedicated participation reward system for individual players, alongside balanced tweaks to guild Technology Point gains.
- Matchmaking System: Refining how matches are found and organized to ensure competitive, balanced clashes.
- Search & Filter Tools: Introducing clearer UI search and filtering options so guilds can navigate battles effortlessly.
- Allied Reinforcements: Allow more allies to join the battle.
- System Polish & Bug Fixes: General smoothing, optimization, and bug fixing across all underlying systems tied to State of War.
These additions will make State of War significantly more dynamic and rewarding for every participant. While our team is eager to roll these updates out as soon as possible, our top priority is ensuring they hit the live servers with the polish and quality you deserve. We are currently finalizing the designs and working on implementation. Thank you for your patience, your passion, and your ongoing feedback!
