• Fix intermittent broken interactibles in Statehelm

• Increase nighttime brightness of Statehelm

• Fix for camera offsets in some animal forms (particularly fox and owl)

• Fix item compare tooltip showing the wrong text

• Fix the character create screen showing "RacialValue" and "SkinDetail" instead of the correct labels

• fix bug with Landri the Cold not offering training

• fix: Rebeccah the Whisperer no longer requires advanced bard-school training to train basic glassblowing recipes

• localization: actually use the new item tooltip string field

• fix vampire changes not actually being live
