Stratus: Key Binding Patch & Priest Interaction Fixes Now Live!

The latest Stratus patch is now LIVE!

We’re pleased to announce a new update focused on improving game commands, unit selection, and Priest interactions. Alongside the new key-binding options, this patch introduces several fixes and quality-of-life improvements designed to make controlling your forces faster, smoother, and more intuitive.

Here’s what’s new!

⚔️ Fast Priest Selection — P Key

A long-standing issue with the Priest Fast Select hotkey has now been fixed!

Previously, pressing the hotkey would select your Priest, but you would lose the ability to move or deselect them correctly. The issue occurred because the Priest was selected visually without being properly registered in the Player Controller’s active selection system.

That’s now resolved! Pressing P will quickly select your Priest while preserving normal movement and deselection controls.

🏗️ Send Your Priest to Build — B Key

You can now press B to send your Priest to construct the last building you placed, even if your Priest isn't currently selected!

This quality-of-life improvement makes building management much smoother. Place your building, press B, and get your Priest to work without having to manually select them first.

👥 Multi-Unit & Building Selection — Left Shift

Multi-selection is here!

Hold Left Shift while selecting units or buildings to add multiple units and buildings to your selection.

This also makes resource management easier. Select multiple eligible resource collectors and issue a collection command to send them out to gather resources together.

Whether you're coordinating your forces or managing the economy of your growing island empire, these improvements should make controlling your faction more efficient.
