Spain finally has its unique Commander in World of Warships! Like all unique Commanders, he comes with enhanced skills, as well as two talents that activate and grant buffs when you complete specific actions in battle.

You can obtain him by purchasing Battle of Santiago de Cuba Premium containers and completing a collection by assembling elements from those containers. Be advised that in Update 15.8, Battle of Santiago de Cuba standard containers, which only drop a guaranteed collection element, will become available for Festive Tokens.
