11.3 Additional Weapons

New Features: Added 125 rare weapons to loot tables.

Misc: Renamed the rare equipment in 11.0 to be tier focused. (stats and effects are unchanged) Updated Violet's graphic at title screen. Fixed initialization event from not occurring for Disco Spider, Melting Calamity, and Demon Gate.
