System Optimizations & Fixes

1. Fixed a display issue with the probability preview for some Equipment in the Reforging interface. This problem is a visual issue only and does not affect the actual Reforging rules.

2. Added a prompt showing the Equipment attribute cap of the current quality in the Reforging attribute cap interface. This modification is purely a UI display optimization and has no impact on the Reforging rules.
