Extended Inspection Mode + Locomotive Control While Holding a Flashlight

Added the ability to interact with the locomotive while holding a flashlight in your hand.

Expanded Inspection Mode - you can take out the adjustable wrench and press “T” to view broken parts while you’re outside the locomotive cab.

Fixed unwanted text appearing on some parts of the locomotive.
