Patch notes: V 2.2.25.193

The following improvements and fixes were implemented:

• Fixed the zero display of the resistance bank capacity after loading a saved progress.

• Fixed the issue with massive short circuits when loading a saved progress.

• Fixed the issue with the reactivity meter, which had become inaccurate.

• Fixed the bug in the balance gauges where the needle would move off the scale.
