v0063 - fixed Vsync, added camera FOV and color settings

Multiplayer is going to take a few more days, so I spent some time fixing bugs instead:

v0063

• Vsync is fixed and on by default to limit frame rate to your monitor refresh rate
• Using Vsync will lower your CPU temperatures because less work is done between frames with Vsync
• Added Render Scale slider in graphics options
• Added camera FOV settings
• Turned on FXAA by default
• Added Color Saturation settings
• Brightness and Contrast settings save correctly
• Fixed not shooting during slow motion drop down from the ceiling in The Party
• Fixed creatures being unkillable sometimes
• Fixed enemies not dropping money in Mission 1
• Lives per Mission setting now saved in the save file
