v0070 - lots of bug fixes

The Party:

• fixed giant hole in the wall
• enemies in the party are more alert now
• fixed speakers floating outside of the building
• some optimizations

Tutorial:

• picking up the rifle in 1st person mode will complete the tutorial step correctly
• fire effect turns off properly if player falls in lava
• fixed infinite ammo count
• prevent soft lock in Grenade Dunk tutorial

Battle Arena:

• prevent KB from spawning under the map
• dead bodies are removed between waves

Multiplayer:

• Hosts can go into spectator mode and not play the match. Set in the Match Settings
• bots have usernames now instead of numbers

Other:

• Map Menu is fixed
• Quad Mech should take explosion damage now
• creature spawn points cannot be farmed anymore
• Mission 5 obstacle course is easier now. No crouching required.
