Schemers can be assigned as ambassadors and chancellors in addition to spymasters and agents. There is a new city site number game option, 6 per player, and there is a new player UI option, 'high contrast player colors'.

This update also brings balance changes, like tribute units receiving a 2-turn cooldown if acting on another player's turn. Programming improvements include improved AI character selection and a host of bug fixes.
