New U.S.G.N. Master Server

Dear CS2D Community,

Are you running your own CS2D server? ːsteamthumbsupː **If yes: Please keep reading! Action required! ** ːsteamthumbsdownː If no: You can safely skip these news.

The U.S.G.N. master server had to be moved and now has a new IP. While clients update automatically, CS2D game servers unfortunately do not have this functionality.

Therefore every server owner needs to adjust sys/usgn.dat manually. Sorry for the inconvenience!

Here are the required steps in detail:

1. stop your servers
2. edit

sys/usgn.dat

(relative path to your cs2d binary unless you are using custom settings) 3. change the first line to

217.154.200.83|usgn.de

4. save the changes and restart the server.

Be aware that if you don't do these changes, your server(s) will disappear from the list and user U.S.G.N. login won't work!
