Update 1.0.1.7

CS2D 1.01.7 is here. This is a major new release, because the game was finally migrated to BlitzMax NG, which is a newer version of the engine.

Highlights are various bug fixes, controller support and the migration to the x64 architecture. Also the Linux dedicated server is now even available for ARM64 on the download page. Furthermore DirectX fullscreen mode is now borderless, which should make tabbing out/in less painful.
