Patch 1.0.4: Custom Game Speed & FPS Limit

Added FPS Limit Toggle: Caps frame rates at 60 FPS to prevent GPU overheating and thermal throttling, in particular for high frequency monitors. Disable V-sync when applying.

Added Gameplay Speed Setting: Fully adjustable speed controls let you play as fast or as slow as you prefer. Note: Extremely high speeds may distort certain audio loops (e.g. bursts blending into a single sound effect).

Salvage Recipes: Completed minor housekeeping and optimization on various salvage recipes.
