Alpha 5 patch 8 hotfix 3

Added/changed:

• Number of vehicles to repair is now added to number of orders in queue for carpentery and boatyard

• Added a cart model for beer and mead

• The game will now cheat to even out male/female birth ratio on low populations

• Can now destroy a boat even if it needs repair

• Granary workers will now go a bit further to supply to nearby stores and market stalls

Fixed:

• Orchard trees didn't change type properly in some cases

• A crash related to previously fixed remarrying bug

• A crash when accidentally getting married while trying to leave the town

• Crash when relocating a town hall with a counselor hired

• Minor UI fixes
