Small update

Bug fixes

• Fix for incendiary warrant grenades not being disabled.

• Fix for Augmented arms over charge not working with melee weapons.

Changes and additions

• Potent stims now always increases primary stim cooldown by 100%, but 100% of vitals restored now restores max vitals.

• Resourceful reworked slightly.

  • For ease of use, will now only deconstruct weapons if you hold the interact key while picking them up (tap and release to pick up like normal). Allows its use while melee weapons are equipped, to get most out of the other bonuses without picking up a weapon.

  • Now gives reserve ammo to ALL equipped weapons on deconstruct.

  • Also gains 'reduces primary stim cooldown by 1 second on deconstruct'.

• Rage core gains 50% reduced effectiveness of damage reductions. This will mean the cheat death can fail if the overkill damage is high enough relative to remaining vitals.

• Maximum efficiency enhancement device duration increase from 100 > 50%.

• Body 'reduced direct vitals damage taken with backup weapons' swapped out for 'reduced aux drain from backup weapon use' (since the 150 cap it was too much of a no brainer for survivability).

  • Reasoning for this is it's not good that a single foundation can decide (or at least hugely influence) the viability of a specific playstyle. Melee is by no means final, there is more work to be done.

  • This will apply to attacks, quick melee dash, dusters charge, akanami block, augmented arms and future related mechanics (parrying etc.). Basically any aux cost directly related to backup weapon use.

• UpgradeCapLock added to server settings, replacing the old tier locking on servers. If enabled this will prevent players who have reached the Matrix upgrade cap from joining.
