Small update

Basic over shoulder player spectating. LMB to attach / cycle through alive players, RMB to detach. Will re-attach on respawn if following a player that has died (if you wait).

Improved crosshair visibility. Interim fix until crosshair options are available.

Augmented legs now always give some boost to charged jump, even while out of aux.
