Fix for Exploit Weakness not fully working.

Fix for Studied being unable to pickup sidearms.

Pyro-Psycho reverted to retaining the negatives from Burn / Burn+ debuffs, due to the recent debuff changes (reduced dexterity, increased defense damage taken).

Blood Sport visuals more friendly.

Enabled FOV scaling on visual recoil (less visual recoil the higher the optic magnification).
