Potential fix for rare profile reset bug (hopefully the last case where this can happen).

Fix for ordering of some overlapping visual effects.

Fix for relocations launching Intel.

Fix for player name plates sometimes initialising incorrectly.

Fix for player name plates missing when disguised.

Improved profile backing up on wipes as a fallback (will be able to restore wiped profiles).
